Kimberle Marquardt

Kimberle Marquardt has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Kimberle is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases since February 2020. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Moffatt & Nichol from August 2017 to July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at HID Global in various HR director roles, including Global Projects, Americas Region/Global Operations & Corporate, and Global HRIS/Compensation/Benefits. Kimberle began their HR career at Resources Global Professionals as a Human Capital Associate from 2005 to 2008.

Kimberle Marquardt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Kimberle then earned an MBA in Business Management from California State University, Los Angeles. Additionally, they obtained certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM in September 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in September 2003.
