Adam Holden-Bache has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Adam currently serves as the Director of Email Marketing at Enventys Partners, where they direct email campaigns for inbound marketing and crowdfunding projects. Prior to this, Adam was the Lead Strategist at Email Industries and the Director of eMarketing at Striata, where they managed client accounts for companies such as MetLife and Heineken USA. Adam was also the CEO and Managing Director of Mass Transmit, a company that provided email marketing tools and services. During their tenure there, they oversaw significant growth and the development of email marketing platforms. Additionally, Adam worked as a Technical Director at Lowe Interactive, handling various technical responsibilities for clients such as Mercedes-Benz and Marriott. Adam started their career as an AudioVisual Systems Technician at Tek 7. Adam is also the author of the book "How to Win at B2B Email Marketing: A Guide to Achieving Success."

Adam Holden-Bache obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music from Shepherd University from 1989 to 1993. Adam further pursued their education at New York University from 1993 to 1995 and earned a Masters of Music degree in Music Technology. Additionally, Adam has obtained various certifications in the field of email marketing. Adam received certifications in Email Marketing, Email Automations, and Mailchimp Foundations from Mailchimp in 2020. In 2021, they became Klaviyo Product Certified from Klaviyo. In 2017, Adam received the Hubspot: Email Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained a Certification in Email Marketing from Sendinblue.
