Raeshon McNeil started their career in 2009 as a Design Star Intern at Memorial Health Foundation's HealthWorks! Kids Museum, where they organized advertising campaigns and conceptualized exhibits. Raeshon then worked as a Student at the University of Notre Dame from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, Raeshon became the Brand Creative Director at BREW 2 YOU until 2011. Raeshon joined Enventys as an Industrial Designer from 2011 to 2014 and then transitioned to a Design Engineer role from 2014 to 2017. Raeshon is currently working as a Design Manager at Enventys Partners, starting in 2016.
