Roshni Sapru

Roshni Sapru has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Roshni started their career at the Tomas Rivera Center as a Supplemental Instruction Leader, where they managed and tutored students and improved their communication skills. Roshni then moved on to the Department of Information Systems and Cybersecurity at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they worked as a Computer User Services Specialist. In this role, they created documentation, tested open-source Linux labs, and installed and configured Windows Server 2019 Active Directory.

After their time at the university, Roshni joined Wipro Limited, where they held multiple roles. Roshni started as a SOC Cybersecurity Analyst, where they performed real-time analysis of security alerts and achieved higher productivity rates. Roshni then became a Threat Intelligence Lead, hosting threat engagement calls and monitoring web resources for emerging threats. Finally, they worked as a Cyber Incident Response Analyst, providing support to the computer security incident response team and enhancing client security posture.

Currently, Roshni is working at Enverus as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst. Roshni is responsible for leading and managing a team of IT security professionals, developing and implementing IT security strategies, and conducting security assessments and audits.

Roshni Sapru obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Cybersecurity from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications, including C)DFE: Certified Digital Forensics Examiner from Mile2 in November 2022, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate from Microsoft in June 2021, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2021, and Security+ from CompTIA in May 2020.
