Shea Monahan

Shea Monahan is an experienced Senior Analyst at Essex County Council, having held the position since July 2014, where responsibilities include leading complex analytical projects to support evidence-based decision-making for senior leaders. Prior to this role, Shea has progressed through various technical positions within the council, starting as an IS Apprentice and advancing to roles such as Device Management Engineer and 2nd Line Support Analyst, each with increasing levels of responsibility in technical support and service management.
