Amelia Horvath

Amelia Horvath is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior M&A Counsel at Envest since April 2024, Amelia previously held the position of Senior Manager - Group M&A at AMP from July 2018 to September 2023, where responsible for negotiating M&A transactions and providing strategic commercial advice. Prior to this, Amelia worked as Senior Legal Counsel - Group M&A at AMP, leading significant M&A transactions and offering corporate governance and disputes advice. Amelia's early career included roles at Clifford Chance, Chang, Pistilli & Simmons, Maclay Murray & Spens LLP, Atanaskovic Hartnell, and Andersen Legal, with responsibilities ranging from managing large-scale M&A deals to assisting in commercial litigation. Amelia holds a BA LLB from the University of Sydney, completed between 1996 and 2000.
