Andra Bolotin is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Envestnet and IGM Financial Inc., Bolotin also holds positions on the Boards of Wellington Management, PanAgora Asset Management, and the American Red Cross - Massachusetts. Previously, Bolotin was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Great-West Lifeco Inc., Putnam Investments, and Empower, demonstrating a strong background in corporate finance and strategic management.
