Beth Koren has extensive experience in operational support and client services within the financial sector. Currently serving as an Overlay Services Operations Specialist at Envestnet, Inc. since October 2016, Beth provides daily operational support to various Broker Dealer Firms and collaborates with internal teams to enhance processes for client service. Previously, Beth held roles such as Institutional Client Services Specialist and Advisor Services Representative at Envestnet, focusing on customer service and platform training for financial advisors. Prior to this, Beth worked at Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, managing investment operations, and also gained experience as a Shareholder Services Specialist II at BNY Mellon. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Elizabethtown College, earned in 2013.
