Heather Davidson

Heather Davidson has extensive experience in HR technology and analytics, currently serving as the Head of HR Technology & Analytics at Envestnet since October 2025. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at Vonage from October 2016 to October 2025, including VP of HR Systems & Analytics and Sr Director of HR Systems and Operations. Heather's career began at Nexmo, a Vonage Company, where responsibilities included standardizing global HR policies and implementing HRIS and ATS systems. Earlier experience also includes roles at TPG Capital focusing on talent management and at Public Financial Management as a Senior Associate. Heather holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2008.
