From 2013 to 2012, they worked for Newport Europe BV in various roles, including Inside Sales Manager, Team Leader Inside Sales, and Inside Sales Coordinator Middle East & India. In 2010, they began working as a Depot Manager and Customer Service and Operations Coordinator for Global Depot Solutions Co. SAE. From 2007 to 2007, they worked for Egyptian Transport & Commercial Services Co. EGYTRANS as a Customer Development Specialist and Chief of Import Customer Service Dept. (door to door). During the same year, they also worked as a Chairman Office Manager Assistant for SSQ Group for Natural Slates in London. Finally, from 1994 to 1994, they worked for Miraco/Carrier Corporation for Air-Conditioning Units in Alexandria in various roles, including Finance Administrator, Chief of Customer Service, and Executive Sales Administrator.

Iman El Sherif obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the Faculty of Commerce at Tanta University between 1989 and 1993, majoring in Business Administration.
