Ralph Stemper

Ralph Stemper has extensive work experience in the sales and finance industry. Ralph is currently the Head of Structured Sales at ENVIRIA, a role they started in May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at the same company from April 2022 to April 2023. Before joining ENVIRIA, Ralph was the Head of Sales at the same company from July 2020 to March 2022. Ralph also worked as a Senior Sales representative at ENVIRIA from August 2019 to June 2020.

Before their time at ENVIRIA, Ralph served as a board member (Vorstand) at MENTHAMEDIA AG from 2016 to April 2019. Ralph also worked as a Partner at finanzpark AG from 2013 to 2015.

In the early years of their career, Ralph held various roles in reputable financial institutions. Ralph was the Head of Public Distribution Germany & Austria at Barclays Capital from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Commerzbank AG from 2005 to 2010. Ralph also gained experience as a Commodity Analyst at ARK Trading from 2004 to 2005 and as an Assistant Trader (Certificates, Warrants) at BNP Paribas in 2002.

Ralph Stemper earned a Vordiplom degree in BWL from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg between the years 1994 and 1997. Ralph then pursued further education at Universität des Saarlandes from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Diplom degree in BWL.
