Jeff Falero

Jeff Falero, PE, joined EBI as Director of Structural Evaluations and Forensics and brings over 30 years of engineering experience, including niche seismic due diligence experience. He has experience in structural evaluations, structural forensics, structural repair, strengthening design and seismic retrofit. He is responsible for expanding EBI’s structural evaluation and forensics practice, structural maintenance and risk management including the evaluation of balconies, decks and raised walkways, such as for California’s balcony ordinance, or similar ordinances in other states.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and a Master of Science in structural and seismic engineering from Stanford University. Additionally, he is a licensed civil engineer in 13 states, as well as Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
