Kimberly Walton

Kimberly Walton is an experienced environmental scientist currently employed at Envirochem Services Inc. since March 2021. Previously, Walton served as a Recruitment Coordinator - West at Rockdoc Consulting Inc. from October 2020 to March 2021, and held the position of Coordinator for Climate Change Education Programs at CALP UBC from October 2019 to May 2020. Additional roles include Sustainability Coordinator at Nada, an eco-friendly grocery store; Outreach Specialist at HeroX, focusing on crowdsourcing solutions; Contractor's Assistant at Pro Active Home Repair; and Research Intern for the Adaptation to Climate Change Team at Simon Fraser University. Walton's early experience includes mentoring as a coach at North Shore Girls Soccer Club and working as a Meat Clerk at Thrifty Foods. Kimberly holds an Advanced Certificate in Sustainable Energy Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, a Master of Climate Change from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Capilano University.
