Kelvin Ellender

Kelvin Ellender has extensive experience in project coordination and surveying, currently serving as Project Coordinator/Surveyor at Envirocon since October 2014 and as Project Coordinator at Envirocon Inc. since September 2014. Prior to these roles, Kelvin worked as a Field Engineer/Project Coordinator at Remedial Construction Services, L.P. from March 2008 to September 2014, with responsibilities including project estimating and procurement. Kelvin is a graduate of Sulphur High School, completing studies in the Class of 1984.
