Heather Feli Csep

Heather Feli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at EnviroLogix since January 2023, Heather has previously held significant roles at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company, including Product Engineering Leader for the Electronics Center of Excellence, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing engineers and ensuring quality processes. Additional roles at Ensign-Bickford encompassed Senior Development Engineer and Program Manager for Missile and Aircraft Systems, leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects. Earlier experience includes positions as Systems Engineer at Ensign-Bickford and Project Engineer at ATK Launch Systems. Heather holds a Master's in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in Systems Engineering from the University of Utah, as well as a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, complemented by a Certificate in Engineering Leadership from Cornell University.
