Melissa Garpa

Melissa Garpa is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Enviromatic Systems, starting in November 2023. In this role, Melissa led HR due diligence for acquisitions in the private equity sector and successfully merged Florida Tekplan into Enviromatic Systems. Previously, as Human Resources Manager at Fissco Supply HVAC from October 2019 to November 2023, Melissa recruited and trained over 110 staff members across 14 locations, while streamlining HR processes. At Abbott Label, from July 2017 to October 2019, Melissa managed the recruitment and training of over 250 staff across multiple states and supervised a team of HR Coordinators. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Store Manager at Ross Stores, Inc. from August 2010 to June 2017, where Melissa developed company policies and facilitated onboarding for new hires.
