David Phillips has a strong background in data, market research, and software development. David served as the Chief Product Officer at Environics Analytics starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were the President & COO at NLogic from 2006 to 2022, where they played a key role in transforming the company into an agile, development-focused partner to the broadcast and advertising industries. David also held the position of Vice President at NLogic from 2006 to 2013. Additionally, they were a Member of the Big Data committee at IAB Canada from 2013 to 2022. David Phillips served as the Co-Chair of CARF (Canadian Advertising Research Foundation) from 2012 to 2014 and was the President of BRC in 2007-2008. David began their career as an Account Executive at BBM Canada from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate Director - TGI at BMRB International from 1999 to 2002.

David Phillips earned a Master of Arts degree in Modern European Culture and Society from the University of Hull.
