Erica Henderson

Erica Henderson has extensive experience working in various HR roles in organizations such as AgResearch, Alstom Power, Lincoln University New Zealand, Christchurch City Council, AMP New Zealand, and Trust Bank Group. Erica has a strong background in HR services including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, and policy implementation. Currently, Erica holds the title of People and Capability Business Partner at Environment Canterbury.
