Mohammad Alnaser is an experienced talent acquisition and development professional with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Development Director at Environment Fund since June 2023, Mohammad focuses on sourcing and recruiting, harnessing over 10 skills in the field. Prior to this role, Mohammad held various positions at SDAIA, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Team Lead, overseeing both the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding sections. Earlier experiences include serving as an HR Generalist and Acting Manager at Hrakat, where Mohammad led HR development projects and facilitated a transformation to paperless processes. Additional HR roles span across TTP - Creative Agency and Zid, along with initial experience as an HR Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from King Saud University and CIPD L5 certification completed in November 2023.
