Amanda Gallina

Amanda Gallina has a strong background in human resources with experience in various organizations. Amanda is currently working as the Talent Acquisition and DI Director at the National Parks Conservation Association since February 2023. Prior to this, they served at AAAS in different roles including Acting Director of Human Resources, Deputy Director of Human Resources, and HR Manager from 2019 to 2023. Before AAAS, Amanda worked as an HR Manager at Humentum from 2018 to 2019. Amanda also gained experience as an HR Associate at Room to Read from 2017 to 2018 and as an HR Administrator at Guide Dogs for the Blind from 2014 to 2017. Amanda started their career as an HR Coordinator at Peet's Coffee from 2012 to 2014 and as a Receptionist from 2011 to 2012. Amanda also has customer service experience from their time at the San Diego Humane Society and SPCA from 2009 to 2011.

Amanda Gallina completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism at San Diego State University in 2010.
