Patrice S. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Patrice started their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2001, where they initially worked in Medical Business Development for five years before transitioning to Neuroscience as a Pharmaceutical Specialist. In 2014, they joined Sunovion Pharmaceuticals as a Pharmaceutical Sciences Specialist. After four years, they moved to Buffalo Pharmacies Institutional in 2018 as the Director of Business Development. In 2021, they became the Executive Director at Care Stat Staffing for two years. Most recently, in 2023, they joined The McGuire Group Health Care Facilities as the Director of Talent Management.

Patrice S. has completed the Nursing Home Administrator Program at Roberts Wesleyan University. They also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Excelsior University.
