Allison Francis

Allison Francis, PCP, currently serves as the Director of Payroll at Environmental 360 Solutions, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Allison worked at The Hillman Group in various roles, including Total Rewards and Systems Manager and Senior Payroll and HRIS Analyst, from January 2019 to September 2025. Prior experience includes positions at The International Group, Inc. as US Payroll and HR Administrator, Mastermind Toys as Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, and Ceridian as Payroll Specialist. Allison is proficient in processing diverse payrolls, generating Records of Employment (ROEs), and utilizing Powerpay, with familiarity in Dayforce.
