Matt Boland

Matt Boland, CFA, currently serves as Director of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Environmental 360 Solutions since April 2023. Prior to this role, Matt Boland was with RBC Capital Markets from July 2018 to March 2023, where positions included Associate in Global Investment Banking focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions and Syndicated & Leveraged Finance, as well as Analyst roles in the same areas. Earlier experience includes co-op analyst positions at RBC Capital Markets and Scotiabank, as well as an investment analyst co-op at Anson Group of Funds and a sales associate position at Gib-San Pools Ltd. Educational credentials include an Honors BBA and Honors BA in Financial Mathematics from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed with co-op, and a High School Diploma from Michael Power/St. Joseph's Catholic Secondary School.
