Adam Peltz

Adam Peltz is a highly experienced attorney and director with a significant background in environmental law and international relations. Since 2011, Adam has held various roles at the Environmental Defense Fund, progressing to Director and Senior Attorney. Previous internships include positions at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and the Legal Resources Centre in Ghana, where Adam contributed to workshops on community radio and assisted in legislative drafting. Adam also has a diverse background in journalism, having served as City Editor at MenuPages.com, where accolades included being named "Best Chicago Food Writer of 2008." Educational qualifications include a JD from Boston University School of Law and an M.A. in International Relations from Boston University, along with a BA in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Chicago.
