Andrew Baxter

Andrew Baxter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy transition and engineering roles. Currently serving as Senior Director and previously as Director of Energy Transition at the Environmental Defense Fund since August 2020, Andrew has demonstrated leadership in advancing sustainable energy practices. Prior experience includes significant roles at Harvard Business School as an MBA graduate (2018-2020), Shell, where Andrew held several positions from Contract Manager to Completions Engineer focused on well integrity and decommissioning, and Schlumberger as a Cementing Field Engineer. Andrew holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and the University of Sydney, earned between 2007 and 2011.
