Chrystal Goncalves

Chrystal Goncalves has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles within prominent organizations, currently serving as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer at the Environmental Defense Fund since September 2018. In this position, Chrystal oversees complex travel arrangements, manages expense accounts, and coordinates the Human Resources Leadership Team meetings. Prior to this role, Chrystal was the Learning & Development Coordinator at OTG Management, where responsibilities included managing departmental budgets, facilitating corporate training programs, and arranging large events. Beginning a career at Ruby Tuesday as a Training Specialist, Chrystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kean University and an Associate’s Degree from Union County College, complemented by education from Escola Secundária Jorge Peixinho in Portugal.
