Curt Stokes

Curt Stokes is a Senior Attorney at the Environmental Defense Fund since January 2023, bringing extensive legal experience to the role. Previously, Curt served as Chief Deputy Counsel and Litigation Attorney at the Missouri Public Service Commission from August 2016 to January 2023. Prior legal roles include Attorney at the Missouri Ethics Commission from July 2011 to July 2016 and Assistant Attorney General at the Missouri Attorney General's Office from September 2007 to July 2011. Curt holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Saint Louis University School of Law (2004-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Statistical Methods from Truman State University (1998-2002).
