Fernanda Cofré Capdevila

Fernanda Cofré Capdevila is an experienced professional in internal communications and change management, currently serving as Global Internal Communications Manager at the Environmental Defense Fund since February 2023. In this role, Fernanda manages HR internal communications strategies and develops change management for new technologies. Prior experience includes various roles at Nestlé, where responsibilities ranged from implementing communication strategies for IT HUB LATAM to leading communication plans for significant organizational changes affecting over 800 employees across multiple Latin American countries. Fernanda holds a Master of Change Management and Innovation from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Universidad del Pacífico.
