Jennifer Gastrich

Jennifer Gastrich serves as the Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner at the Environmental Defense Fund since March 2019. Alongside this role, Jennifer has been a freelance HR Consultant and Generalist since May 2018, providing project-based human resource support. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of People Ops & HR at Steve & Kate's, where significant growth was achieved from 2 to over 40 locations nationwide. Additional roles feature coaching youth soccer at Tiburon Peninsula Soccer Club, administration with Marin Football Club, and leadership positions at Asphalt Green and Massachusetts Promise Fellows. Jennifer holds a Master's of Public Administration in Non-profit Management from New York University and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Muskingum University.
