Environmental Defense Fund
Katie Schneer is a senior analyst focusing on U.S. climate policy at the Environmental Defense Fund, a position held since September 2020, and previously served as a High Meadows Fellow in Subnational Climate Policy. Prior experience includes a development and policy internship with the Environmental and Energy Study Institute in 2019 and a role as a course fellow at Princeton University's Freshman Scholars Institute in 2018. Katie Schneer graduated from Princeton University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree from the School of Public and International Affairs and has also pursued studies at Università Bocconi and the University of Havana. Early education was completed at East Haven High School from 2012 to 2016.
