Lauren Anderson

Lauren Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy transition and program management at the Environmental Defense Fund, holding multiple roles since November 2011, including Senior Director of Energy Transition and Director of Energy Program Operations. Lauren has a strong track record in overseeing operations, development, and budgeting for energy initiatives, as well as managing fundraising activities for the Oil and Gas Program. Prior to this, Lauren served as a Sustainability Advocate at Fairfood International and gained academic experience as a Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant at Penn State University. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Geography from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Political Science, and Spanish from Bucknell University, complemented by international study at Universidad de Granada.
