Colin Duncan

Colin Duncan is a Senior Project Manager and Permitting Lead at Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, & Environmental Services, DPC, since April 2023. Prior experience includes over two decades at TRC Companies, Inc., where Colin served as Energy Program Manager and Office Practice Leader for the Lowell, MA office, overseeing office P&L and group management. Colin's extensive technical expertise encompasses federal, state, and local environmental permitting, NEPA and state environmental policy impact studies, ecological surveys, and construction environmental management. Earlier roles at Epsilon Associates, ESS, ENSR, IEP/Fugro McClelland, and Jason M. Cortell & Assoc. contributed to a solid foundation in wetland science. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Master of Science in Natural Resources Science from the University of Rhode Island, and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary of the East.
