Liz Lauck

Chief Strategy Officer, Partner at Environmental Incentives

Liz is a partner with Environmental Incentives and serves as the company’s Chief Strategy Officer. In this role she helps EI teams, clients, and partners protect, preserve, and enhance the environment that sustains healthy communities by strengthening the performance of their programs, people, and processes.

Liz joined EI as the Chief of Party for USAID’s Measuring Impact project following more than a decade building the Marine Conservation Program at the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS). At WCS she directed global marine conservation efforts in 20 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and North America and led global initiatives to advance strategic planning and partnerships.

Liz is passionate about relationship-driven problem solving, connecting EI’s talented and committed staff with their clients to enable them to achieve their organizational aspirations. She loves to help teams find success from within and develop the systems to sustain their success.
