Dr. Natalie Dubois is an applied researcher with more than 10 years of experience in research and the application of results-based management to conservation and development programs. She serves as a subject matter expert on the use and generation of evidence as part of effective adaptive management, providing technical support to operationalize these approaches into biodiversity programs. She specializes in helping clients understand the impact of their work by facilitating planning processes, applying evidence-based approaches, and synthesizing findings.
Natalie has extensive experience facilitating workshops, developing resources, and building technical capacity for program design and monitoring and evaluation. Her international and domestic experience includes work with USAID, DOI, and state agencies to improve the integration between evidence and natural resource management. Applying her technical expertise in research methodology and tools such as GIS, her work has supported diverse efforts such as climate adaptation planning, regional mitigation strategy development, and priority wildlife habitat identification and enhancement.
