Steph Wilson

Program Manager, Business Development & Marketing at Environmental Incentives

As Business Development and Marketing Coordinator, Steph supports proposal research and development and coordinates internal and external communications processes at Environmental Incentives. She uses her organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure EI’s growth is supported by efficient internal systems and bolstered by impactful storytelling.

Prior to joining Environmental Incentives, Steph completed a Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Energy & Sustainability from George Mason University. Her research assessed the challenges to food, energy, and water access in the communities surrounding Lake Turkana in northern Kenya and made cross-sectoral recommendations for the sustainable development of the region. Steph has also served in numerous environmental positions, including as a Canvasser for The Nature Conservancy, a Development Intern at Waterkeepers Chesapeake, an Outreach and Fundraising Coordinator at NoVA Outside, and a Graduate Research Assistant on a project assessing water, energy, and nutrition challenges in rural Virginia.

Steph believes that the world’s environmental challenges will not be solved without cross-cultural collaboration, inclusivity, and a commitment to environmental justice both nationally and globally.
