Tricia Ryan

Tricia Ryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program evaluation and health policy. Currently serving as a Program Cycle Mechanism Senior Specialist at Environmental Incentives, LLC since January 2022, Tricia previously held the role of Evidence and Evaluation Services Technical Advisor at Winrock International, where responsibilities included overseeing rigorous research activities and promoting effective research translation.
