Branwen Ranck

Branwen Ranck, CFRE, CVA, currently serves as the Director of Philanthropic Partnerships at the Environmental Law Institute since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Development Officer for Policy & Advocacy at American Bird Conservancy from April 2022 to April 2025, and as Director of Philanthropy & Engagement at Bayou Preservation Association, Inc. from 2019 to December 2021, where a 24% increase in funding was achieved across the region's watersheds. Ranck led the Development & Operations team at The Wildlife Center of Texas from 2011 to 2018, successfully doubling program funding within four years. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Biological Technician with the National Park Service, Interpretive Tours Guide at Reelfoot Lake State Park, and Zookeeper at the National Tiger Sanctuary. Academic qualifications include studies at Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Organismal Biology from Austin Peay State University.
