Kathleen Garvey

Kathleen Garvey is a Staff Attorney at the Environmental Law & Policy Center since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kathleen was an Associate Attorney at Sidley Austin LLP from February 2016 to April 2022, where Kathleen specialized in FDA compliance and enforcement. Kathleen also served as an Associate Attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from October 2013 to February 2016, focusing on complex commercial litigation. Kathleen obtained their J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2013.
