Robert Kelter

Robert Kelter is a Senior Attorney at Environmental Law & Policy Center since 2007. Prior to that, Robert served as the Litigation Director at Citizens Utility Board from 1996 to 2007. Robert holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of San Diego.
