Evan Tudor Elliott

Evan Tudor Elliott is a Senior Archaeologist at Environmental Science Associates since March 2024, bringing extensive expertise in cultural resources compliance. Formerly, Evan served as a Senior Archaeologist and Principal Investigator at Chronicle Heritage from August 2018 to March 2024, leading deliverables and ensuring technical quality in compliance with NHPA, NEPA, CEQA, and SEPA across various large-scale projects on the West Coast. Prior experience includes roles as Project Archaeologist at Cardno, Archaeologist Project Manager at Stantec, and Cultural Resources Specialist at Aspen Environmental Group, among others. Evan holds an MA in Cultural Resources Management from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor of Arts, Highest Honors, in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
