Terah Donovan is currently the Regional Business Group Director at Environmental Science Associates, where Terah leads the Biological Resources and Land Management practice in southern California. Prior to this, Terah has held various roles such as Principal Program Manager at Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency, Project Manager in Conservation Planning at ICF International, and Student Facilitator at Duke University. With a background in Conservation Science and Policy, Terah has extensive experience in managing natural resource management programs, habitat restoration, and conservation planning. Terah has also worked internationally in areas such as tropical land management in Paraguay and as a Peace Corps volunteer in Bolivia. Terah's expertise lies in balancing conservation efforts with economic development and infrastructure projects.
