Devon Carter, PHR, is an experienced HR professional who has held various roles in the field. Starting as a Human Resources Intern at Signal Centers, Inc, Devon later transitioned to roles such as Human Resources Assistant at Gold Bond Inc. and Human Resources Manager at GE Power. Currently, Devon serves as the Director of HR Operations at Environmental Solutions Group, where responsibilities include talent development, employee engagement, recruitment, process innovation, and CI initiatives. With a strong academic background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Devon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the HR field.
