James Sivils

James Sivils has extensive work experience in various industries. James started their career as a Broker at Stenger-Sivils Realtors in 1994 and worked there until 1998. James then joined Morelock-Ross Builders as a Partner from 1998 to 2013. In 2002, they became a Member of YPO. In 2003, they joined Guaranty Bank as a Board Director. Finally, in 2013, they became the CEO of Environmental Works Inc.

James Sivils earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, and Philosophy from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1983 to 1987. James also obtained a Bachelor's degree with Honors during the same period. Later, from 1987 to 1990, they pursued a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
