Candace Windisch

Candace Windisch has extensive experience in community services, currently serving as the Director of Services at Enviros WSA since July 2001, where responsibilities include supporting community-based teams and developing innovative practices through evidence-based services. Candace previously held the role of Manager of Community Programs, focusing on empowering individuals to create change in their lives and strengthen their communities. Additionally, Candace supervised the FASD Portfolio, providing family support and resources for individuals living with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. As the Coordinator for the FASD Justice Reintegration Project, Candace led initiatives to support youth with FASD in the justice system, aiming to reduce recidivism. Earlier in career, Candace worked as a Correctional Officer at Calgary Correctional Centre. Candace holds a Bachelor of Justice Studies from Mount Royal University.
