Nick Kendall is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at Envisage Dental, a Certified B Corp™, since May 2023. Previously, Nick held the position of Group Financial Controller and Head of M&A at Achieve Together, where responsibilities included managing the M&A function, overseeing the finance team, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Nick's background also includes roles as Head of Accounting at Arora Group and Senior Finance Manager at Adelie Foods Limited, emphasizing expertise in financial reporting, treasury management, and audit processes. With audit experience from RSM UK and an early career in insolvency at Gibson Hewitt Limited, Nick possesses a comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance. Nick is ACA qualified and earned a BSc in Accounting and Finance Management from the University of Surrey.
