Charity Huff has held various roles in the tech and digital marketing industries since 2007. Charity started their career as the Managing Partner of Maroon Ventures, a consulting, strategy, and execution firm. Charity then served as the CEO of January Spring, a digital marketing agency, from 2017-2022. In 2018, they became the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Family to Family Support Network and the Advisor of Recruiting Innovation. In 2019, they joined the Board of Directors for the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA). In 2020, they were appointed as an Independent Director of the Board of Directors for EnVision - Daily Visualization. In 2021, they became the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Women's Leadership Foundation. Lastly, in 2022, they joined the Board of Directors for Questor Corp.
Charity Huff completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus in Public Relations from Washington State University between 1994 and 1997. Charity then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from Regis University between 2002 and 2004, with a focus in Operations Management.
