Moshe Seidenfeld

Mark Seidenfeld is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and quality operations management. Currently serving as the Quality Operations Manager at ComplexCare Solutions since March 2021, Mark oversees a team of 150 clinical practitioners and drives initiatives to achieve company goals, including the completion of over 200,000 assessments. Prior roles include Clinical Reviewer for RN Utilization Management at Centers P, where Mark assessed medical necessity through clinical criteria and medical records, and RN Field Assessor, conducting home assessments and developing care plans. Earlier experience includes providing telemetry care at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and direct care for individuals with developmental disorders at Ohel Bais Ezra. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Concordia College-New York and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College, complemented by training from the Health Coach Institute.
