Robert Vassel

Robert Vassel currently serves as Principal at Swander Pace Capital, a private equity firm that invests in consumer-focused businesses. At Swander Pace Capital, Rob is focused on developing opportunities for new investments and serves on the Board of Directors for J.R. Watkins, a recent SPC investment in personal care where Rob served as interim CEO. Prior to Swander Pace Capital, Rob spent eighteen years at The Clorox Company in brand management, sales, and corporate development assignments across key brands such as Hidden Valley, Burt’s Bees, Glad, Armor All, and Clorox. Rob received an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from UCLA (The Anderson School) and a BA degree in Japanese/ Asian Studies from Colgate University. Rob attended Chaminade High School in Mineola, NY. He is forever grateful for the impact that his high school teachers had on his academic and professional development.
