Jean Xoubi, LCPC has extensive experience in the mental health field. From 2018 to the present, they have served as the Sr. Vice President of Mental Health and Business Development at Envision Unlimited. In this role, they engage in strategic planning to promote growth and development of the mental health department and oversees multiple contracts.

Prior to their current position, Jean worked at Metropolitan Family Services from 2002 to 2018. Jean held various roles, including Director of Contracts and Compliance for Behavioral Health and Director of Adult Mental Health Services. In these positions, they provided leadership to different programs and provided clinical supervision.

Before joining Metropolitan Family Services, Jean was a Program Director at ChildServ from 1998 to 2002. Jean managed program operations for multiple clinical programs and designed tracking and monitoring systems.

Jean also has experience as a Foster Care Director at Reverend Henry Rucker M.S.O. from 1994 to 1997 and as an Office Manager at First National Distributors from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, they served as a Program Director at Community Enterprises from 1990 to 1991, where they directed a CARF accredited psychosocial day treatment program for mentally ill adults.

Throughout their career, Jean has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in program management, and a commitment to providing quality mental health services.

Jean Xoubi, LCPC pursued their education in a chronological manner. They first attended Moraine Valley Community College from 1983 to 1985 and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General studies. Following this, they enrolled in Governors State University from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Elementary Education. Continuing their academic journey at the same university, Jean completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology from 1991 to 1995.
