Fran Allen

Fran Allen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Fran currently serves as the National Senior Director for Quality at Envision Healthcare, where they oversee the quality program and performance metrics for over 25,000 physicians across eight service lines. Prior to this role, they held the position of Division AVP of Quality & Clinical Operations at West Florida Division - HCA, where they provided oversight for 15 facilities and 25 locations. As the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Compliance at Largo Medical Center, Fran was part of the senior administrative team and had accountability for regulatory compliance, quality management, patient safety, and more. Fran also served as the Associate Vice President of Regulatory Compliance at the University of Miami Hospital, where they managed regulatory compliance, quality management, risk management, and other areas. Fran began their career at Tenet Healthcare, where they held various positions including Quality Manager at Florida Medical Center and Parkway Regional Medical Center. Fran'sresponsibilities included performance improvement activities and regulatory agency compliance.

Fran Allen received their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Medicine from Universidade del Central de Este in 1979.
